1. Mandatory Unboxing ProtocolTo facilitate any claims regarding damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is strictly required. Without this video evidence, we are unable to validate or process a claim.

• Requirements: The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits) and capture the entire process, starting with the shipping label and all sides of the sealed package before opening.
• Documentation: Any alleged damage must be clearly demonstrated within this video.

2. Reporting Damages & DefectsWe accept returns exclusively for products received in a physically damaged condition.

• Timeline: All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Exclusions: Please note that minor color variations (due to screen resolution or lighting) and detached stones caused by transit handling are not classified as manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return.

3. Final Sale Policy (No "Change of Mind")All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on personal preference, aesthetics, or suitability. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, imagery, and videos thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Sizing & FitProduct dimensions and sizing details (e.g., bangle sizes, necklace lengths) are explicitly provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify measurements prior to purchase. Exchanges based on size or fit issues are not permitted.

5. Resolution & Refund TimelineUpon receipt and verification of the unboxing video, we will determine the validity of the claim. Approved claims will be resolved via a replacement of the identical item or a refund/store credit. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days following approval.
