Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping Charges

To ensure your jewelry reaches you securely, we use trusted courier partners. Our shipping charges are calculated based on your total order value.

Delivery Time Estimates

Since we are a manufacturer, some items may be "Ready to Ship" while others are "Made to Order."

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier issues. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and the courier partner's name. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the respective courier partner's website.

Delivery Limitations

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited courier service may experience extended delivery times.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct pin code and a valid contact number. Prathap Work Shop is not liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect address information.

Damages or Issues During Transit

We take the utmost care in packaging our jewelry (using tamper-proof packing) to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the package if it appears to be physically damaged, torn, or opened at the time of delivery.

  2. If you discover damage after opening the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Mandatory Video: You must provide clear photos and a continuous unboxing video of the damaged product and packaging. This is strictly required to process any damage or missing item claims for jewelry.

  4. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
