• Requirements: The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits) and capture the entire process, starting with the shipping label and all sides of the sealed package before opening.
• Documentation: Any alleged damage must be clearly demonstrated within this video.

2. Reporting Damages & DefectsWe accept returns exclusively for products received in a physically damaged condition.

• Timeline: All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Exclusions: Please note that minor color variations (due to screen resolution or lighting) and detached stones caused by transit handling are not classified as manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return.
